Corporate Services - Multi-Communications is a locally owned and operated, full service telecommunications interconnect. We specialize in the installation and maintenance of most business telephone systems and related peripheral devices. We also offer complete (indoor) coax/catv, voice and data cabling services including fiber optics, mainframe assemblies, data racks, etcetera.

  Our certified technicians are capable of complete telephone, voice mail, call accounting, auto-attendant system installations including all system programming and customer training. (Remote maintenance is also available for quick & minor changes).

We are proud to be listed as authorized vendors for the Texas Dept. of Transportation, Bankston Auto Dealerships nationwide, Future electronics, the Dept. of Homeland Security/I.C.E. and a number of other companies and interconnects. In addition to our sub-contract arrangements, we also have a rather impressive customer data-base of our own including such well-known businesses and institutions such as Mortgage, Real-estate, hotels, motels, schools, doctors, opticle & dental offices, throughout the metro-plex and a fairly extensive list of smaller businesses as well.

Multi-Communications is fully insured as required by most large corporations and master contractors and garaunteed By Super pages. We are also pleased to announce the opening of our new branch in Atlanta, ga., (Multi-comAtlanta Services, Inc.) later this year. 

Manpower & Experience - Our technical staff has well over 350 years of combined experience in this industry. Although our company has only been around since 2001, our individual reputations in local telecom circles go back well over twenty-five years.

Many of our customers have been following our senior technicians around for ten to twenty years or more and they wouldn't dream of allowing anyone else to work on their telephone systems because we offer the kind of personalized customer service that you just can't get from the bigger companies.

Factory Training & Certifications - Unlike most interconnects, our technicians are trained to focus on quality and customer service.

We provide extensive technical training and manufacturer certifications for our technical personnel. Our technicians presently hold an impressive list of factory certifications on a wide assortment of business telephone & computer systems including Nortel, Mitel, Hitachi , Avaya, Panasonic, Tie, Toshiba, Intertel, N.E.C. & Comdial systems, amongst many others.
